Is it possible to integrate with PayPal so users are directed to PayPal to make a payment and return to the PowerApp?

I found a guide online (https://medium.com/@andrew.grischenko/payments-in-powerapps-portal-part-1-2-8ac068821848) that discusses how to connect to a Payment service to process payments. I am wanting to know if this is possible with PayPal and, if so, if there is a guide available.

All I need to do is send a particular fee amount over to PayPal to handle a transaction and then return history of transactions.
