Issue with lookup rows in portal

I’ve got some very strange behaviour on our portal.  A lookup causes an error for you don’t have appropriate permissions to save but only on certain rows within the lookup.  There is no difference in the records data.  All appropriate table permissions set including append to etc.

 

in a couple of records changing ownership provided success but not on all.  New records on the lookup also fail.   Any thoughts or ideas would be really helpful.

Hi @RMW ,

Do you have any classic workflows that are running on update of lookup on your record? Or just classical workflow that change ownership of that lookup table?
