Licensing Question

Hi,

Just want to get some clarification on licensing, do all portals take from the total amount from the add-ons? So something like...

1. If we have Login (100):

    Portal 1: 50 login

    Portal 2: 50 login

Or is it

2. If we have Login (100):
   Portal 1: 100 logins

   Portal 2: 100 logins

I'm going to guess its Option 1 from what I've been seeing in other threads?

And this would apply to each environment where there is a Portal correct?

Thanks

Hi @VIP567 ,

The answer is "Logins are specific to a single portal. So if you access multiple portals belonging to the same tenant, it will be counted as one login per portal."

More information on Portal licensing FAQ for your kind reference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/powerapps-flow-licensing-faq#can-you-share-mor...

Hope it helps.

yes, option 1 is correct. 100 logins is for the logins of all portals across the tenant, not environment.
