Hi,
I have a problem with web page restrict wherein. I tried to restrict read certain contacts from accessing a page/seeing a page when they login. What I did is for "View all request" page I set the access to web role A for certain users { A, B,C}. The entity permission is global because I need these contacts to access certain data however what happen is contacts that are not part of web role A can still see the page when they log in. I double check the contacts web role that can still access the page and they are not part of the web access restriction web role that I did.
Need your help, I am frustrated been at it for a half day already.

Double check your Web Roles and make sure that you don't allow the ones with Anonymous or Authenticated Users Role ticked to have access to the page. (your portal user will inherit from the ones that are ticked even if they are not assigned)
Hi, are you using Portal Studio to make that change? can you add a few snapshots?
if you are familiar with the Portal Management App, can you also open that --> navigate to Web Page Access Control Rule, and see if you find your rule there? if you can get another snapshot from there might be handy
thanks

Hi, Yes I have. here are the screenshots. I am using the portal management. I already synch, clear cached but still doesn't work.
Table/Entity Permission of the list(View All request)
Web role under this table permission.
I only want the contact under OTM-HR to view this specific page. I don't want the OTM Employees to see the view all request when they log in.
