PowerApps portal Error - Portal does not load and displays "Server Error" - after converting trial license into production license
The portal app we were using inside a production environment was about to expire and so we converted it from a 30 day trial license into a production license with a per-app license assigned to the environment.
After upgrading the license into production and when trying to access the website with the URL, the website title shows Portal provisioning with the page showing
Getting set up…
This might take a while.
It has been more that 24 hours since we moved to production license and still the issue remains.
I ran the portal checker to check for issues and it shows the error -
Portal does not load and displays "Server Error".
I followed the mitigation solution but the URL of the Dynamics 365 organization is the same as before and updating the URL did not fix the issue.
Any help regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.
