Problem with powerapps Redeem invitation page

On the Redeem invitation page provided by powerapps, there is code written on the page.  Any help on how to fix this problem

would be appreciated.

• Please login with Administrator Role
• Open this link in new tab in same browser where you are logged in with Administrator User https://xyz.powerappsportals.com/Register?returnUrl=%2F
• Hover on text and click on edit and change the text, Click on save
• Do not forgot to clear the cache.

Clear the cache and check.
