Settings if you forget your password

When I click "Forgot Password", which is a standard function of the Power Apps portal, the portal does not generate an error, but the email is not sent to the specified email address. ■ Error details "This email was blocked because it could cause content issues." If you select Test and Enable Mailbox from the Power Platform admin center, you will receive an email, but if you request forgotten password again, the email will not be sent. Why is this.

Hi, have you enabled e-mail integration in your environment?

 

and if you try to send an e-mail directly to a user/contact, does it work?

 

also the "forget password" should trigger an action/workflow in CDS to send the e-mail, can you check the sender of that e-mail to see if you have a valid user/queue sending the e-mail
