Side navigation of Knowledge Base articles in Customer Service Portal

Hi everyone


Is there a way to display the Knowledge Article categories in the Customer Service Portal in the side navigation in a tree hierarchy, with the articles in the main pane on the right?

You can do it using custom web templates and liquid (to get categories for knowledge article there is a special liquid object - knowledge (see more in docs here)). You can also check this w3school example on how to create tree hierarchies.
