Tool to manipulate CDS

Is there a tool like "MySQL workbench" or MSQL Management Studio to access CDS entity data directly?

Simple fetch commands of course with Xrm fetchBuilder but updates?

Why I'm looking for:
I import null-date values with a special date '1970/1/1' and want to change this in CDS back to null or ''

There is a Web API available: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/common-data-service/webapi/overview

As Oliver Mentioned, you can write your simple service call to Web API to achieve this. But I can see in your other post you have achieved it by changing `Locale`. to English United Kingdom. Hope the problem is solved.

But such a tool maybe usefull in other cases too.
