Hi All,
A user has reported that they were having issues logging into our portal and asked for us to reset their password.
I would usually do this via the contact entity without the portal management model driven app however nothing happens whenever I click the change password button.
This account is a system customiser and a system administrator within Dynamics.
Any ideas welcome.

In addition to the environment roles, make sure you have the administrator web role assigned.
Log in to the portal management app > Press Ctrl + F5 for a hard refresh
1. Go to contact entity > Select All contacts from the dropdown
2. Make sure you have no duplicates contact records.
3. Pick the right contact and try changing the password.
