Hi @rsaini004,

Can you tell us a little bit more about solution you are trying to import? Can you try to perform import solution using a user with System Administrator privileges? You can also try to open Network tab in Developer Tools of your browser (in Chrome F12 opens Developer Tools). Try to recreate an error and check network activity for errors - it might contain more information than the generic message that you receive.

If you already using a user with Admin privileges and cannot see any additional info in Network tab you should probably open a ticket with Microsoft support.

If you find this post helpful consider marking it as a solution to help others find it.
