canvas with 4 subforms

Hello,

I'm trying to create from a sharepoint list a canvas with several distinct parts on the canvas.

To do this I create 4 forms to make it more "friendly" but I realized that it gives me integration error with sharepoint because I can only relate one form.

In this example, the central form (1) "Detail Anagrams" is the one I have linked in SharepointIntegration.

but it gives me error in the other 3 forms. I don't know how to fix it.

Has it happened to anyone? How do I link 4 forms to a sharepoint integration or some other way to make it similar to this?
