Azure Devops PowerApps Build Tools - fatal: could not read Password for 'https://{username}@dev.azure.com': terminal prompts disabled

Hi,

Playing around with Azure Devops PowerApps Build Tools.

Used Build Tooll lab as guidance: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerApps-Samples/tree/master/azure/build-tools

Getting an error "fatal: could not read Password for 'https://[USERNAME]@dev.azure.com': terminal prompts disabled" while excecuting "git -c http.extraheader="AUTHORIZATION: bearer $(System.AccessToken)" push origin master " via cmd line.

 Any help is greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Wouter K

Thanks so much for posting your own resolution here. Even though it was “self inflicted” it is always great for all of us to know in case someone else hits the same issue 😀 THANK YOU
