Manifest validation problem: instance.manifest.control does not meet maximum length of 1

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/component-framework/manifest-schema-reference/m...

says

control | Defines the component's namespace, version and display information. | 1 or more

but if i try this in the i get the error

Manifest validation problem: instance.manifest.control does not meet maximum length of 1

Is this a problem of the pcf-scripts or is the docu wrong?

If I add 2 controls in one bundle I would minimize bundle size. e.g. adding react in 2 bundles.

happy coding

flori

Hi @FlorianGrimm - you can only have a single control definition in the manifest file - if you have more than one you get the error 'instance.manifest.control does not meet maximum length of 1'

So yes - it looks like the documentation is wrong. I've submitted an issue against the docs!
