New users cannot run flows when running app in the web but can in the dedicated windows app.

Hi,

I have a reporting app that triggers flows which generate reports and return them back to the app via a pdf viewer.

The app is intended to be used in the browser and up until this point there have been no issues, however, all new users or existing users that have not used the app until recently cannot run flows from the app when running in the web. They can however run flows when running in the dedicated windows app. All users are either E3 or E5 licenses and have the same permissions on all data sources and connectors used in the flows. Existing users that have been using the app dont experience any issues in the web. This makes me think there is a web certificate issue preventing new users from authenticating and connecting to the flows housed in the app when in a browser.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Thank you.
