This is still one of the major show stoppers for the MS version of build tools.
Being forced to using username/password takes all environments following MS best practice out of the game.
AFAIK, that is.... if not, please enlighten me on how to set up my generic service connection 🙂

Not just the fact that it's not there yet, I know that and that's why I created the post 😉
@rappen are you talking about pac pcf push command? I have never tested if it supports MFA but even it doesn't you always can build solution locally and import it using UI/powershell.
On one level it makes perfect sense as the D365 forums have always been more user focused but it does put a lot of topics in this one area.
