I try to configure an on-premises data gateway on my computer.
But when I try to configure the gateway, I get an error message every time. It says nothing more than "Error creating gateway. Try again."
I already turned off the firewall and tried the installation on different computers.
In the Powerapp portal, the error "AADGraphIdentityNotFoundError" is displayed on the gateways page.
Don't I have the right permissions?
I signed up for Power Apps Developer Plan. According to the documentation I should be able to access on‐premises data using an on-premises gateway.
What am I missing? What do I have to do?
Anyone might help me?
Thanks in advance

After several teams meetings and phone calls to Microsoft support, I was able to solve the problem this morning.
However, the support's suggested solutions were less helpful than a little luck.
I have installed the on-premises data gateway (personal mode) as a test. This eliminated the "AADGraphIdentityNotFoundError" on the platform. Only then I was able to establish a connection again with the on-premises data gateway.
