Community Corner 15: Template/Ignite/Community Roundup

This week, I'll highlight a pretty awesome template for all of you Salesforce & Microsoft Teams users out there. This template combines Salesforce and Microsoft Teams to make an awesome opportunity alert system that tells everyone in your Microsoft Teams when new opportunities or leads are created in Salesforce.

 

This is useful in many ways. Some companies have multiple employees that need to be in the loop about all potential future customers for various reasons. Microsoft Teams is the place where all of those key employees are gathering and communicating together so why not have all potential leads automatically trigger a Microsoft Teams notification upon creating the opportunity in Salesforce?

Out of all of the events that are hosted annually by Microsoft and its ever-growing list of wonderful partners, there's one event that holds a bit more significance to the actual customers and users of the myriad of great Microsoft Products. This event is called Microsoftg Ignite. And if you're lucky enough to be attending this event at the end of the month, then I must say that I am jealous because it sounds like it will be an amazing opportunity. You'll see so many things related to Microsoft that you wouldn't get to see anywhere else in the world.
