Tip: Sharing Power Automate with Groups

Flow enables you to share flows with your colleagues either by adding them as co-owners or run-only users (for manual flows only).

As co-owners, they have full edit permissions for the flow. As run-only users of manual flows, they can only run the flow.

Not only individual users, we can add office 365 groups also as co-owners to a flow.

Recently, we have come across a requirement to share automated flow with other developers. Sharing flow with each and every developer individually is a hectic and time consuming.

But fortunately, we have a office 365 group for all developers and support associates . By assigning the office 365 group as co-owner, we shared the flow to all developers and support associates.

Step 1: Click on share

Step 2: Search for Office 365 Group

Step 3: Click on OK to Confirmimage.png

After following the above steps, we should be able to see the office 365 group in owners list.
