The Common Data Model has a lot of benefits for Small Business Owners. However Small Business Owners do not have the time to "reinvent the wheel" when it comes to establishing apps, data relationships and automations which Microsoft Common Data Service would require.  As a result Small Business Owners are forced to choose from marketplace of already established Apps. Luckily Microsoft Flow can provide the benefits of both worlds but enabling a Common Data Model approach to existing Apps in the marketplace.

Sometimes there’s an inline form of some sort that feeds into some app somewhere. A lot of times it will require someone along the process to take the data from that form and copy/paste it into the whatever Customer Relationship Management system the company uses.

The only trigger built-in in Microsoft Flow for Twitter is “When a new tweet is posted”. However, the list of events available in Twitter API account activity documentation is much wider, built of 19 options. But how to get to them?

I was also inspired by a use case, that is allowing to post a thank you tweet once user is followed by another user. That solution was however using Zapier and Buffer online solutions. I wondered if that would be possible using only tools from Office 365/ Azure environment. And the answer was… yes!

I am running my own company for years. Every month I need to gather all cost bills and invoices (really 95% of them are sent via mail), put them in a single e-mail and send to my accountant. Previously every such e-mail I received, I had to flag, then copy its attachment to a draft mail that was sent by the end of month to my accountant. Manually it was a significant amount of work!

Everyone who has experimented with Google voice dialogs might experience that there is no out of the box way to connect the Google dialogs with automation software. There are a lot of programming opportunities in Dialogflow, but building a automation solution without coding seems to be difficult.

I took the challenge to connect Dialogflow with Microsoft Flow. From there, it is easy to build a solution that interacts with data or other functionalities. For example; make through your Google Home a reservation in a restaurant, get information about the latest support call or send a white paper that is requested in the voice dialog. That could all be possible if the voice dialog could be connected to Microsoft Flow automation software.
