Detailed Instructions:
- Import the package attached below into your own environment.
- Sign in to your Microsoft Forms and SharePoint account.
- Set up the form with appropriate fields that you want to capture for the assessment details (grade, teacher, day and time)
- Set up the SharePoint online list and add different calendar views for each grade.
