Here, I am sharing a flow setup that can be used to export tasks related data from a planner plan to Excel. This includes data like the categories applied to a task, notes on the task, completion percentage, assignments etc.

This flow basically gets you all the data from planner. You can setup separate flows to clean up the excel before a new import from planner to make the system more self maintained.

Hi! Is this only available for business accounts? I work on gov platform and know there is a lot of differences in URLs, etc.

I am receiving an error when I try to import the flow. If I try to go to the URL provided in the error, it says I do not have permissions to that site. 

Do you have a screenshot of ALL the modules expanded? I can try to recreate it from scratch but need to see what is in each box area.

I also work in the gov / gcc platform, were you able to make any progress on this? Having the same trouble. @mcastine

@camara A similar error happened to me.

I think I had same issue, but I am not using GOV account. For me the solution was to check if I correctly pasted Group ID and List ID, somehow it was pasted with space at the ending, after erasing that space FLOW worked.

I was able to get this to work.  You have to "import as a new flow" when prompted.  Then, you must go into each flow step (flow checker will highlight each problematic step) and point them to local resources/planner IDs/group IDs.  Finally - and this was the primary error - you must have a hosted Excel sheet with a table already inserted with each Planner column name pre-set within it.  See attached for example.

hi,

what exactly do you mean? do you have trouble with download file and them upload to Power Automate? or you have trouble with them tuning flow correctly?
All you have to do is download flow and template excel file (added in one of the comments), then you have set 3 things:
1. groupID from your planner URL

2. planID from your planner URL

3. excel file to be your downloaded one
