I got sick of people forgetting about my meetings. So I created a Flow to send an email reminder (With Accept or Decline options) which is sent 1 hour before meeting commences.

Thank you @365-Assist, I was just trying to build something like that.

I can't get to import though through Solutions / Import. When I choose the .zip I get the following messsage:

The solution file is invalid. The compressed file must contain the following files at its root: solution.xml, customizations.xml, and [Content_Types].xml. Customization files exported from previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 are not supported.

Could you provide import instructions?

I am not sure what the problem is but have reuploaded the zip file in case its corrupted.

@ThimiosSp You should go to My flows instead and upload it there (and not in the Solutions sections) as it is a flow not a solution. 🙂

A couple of questions if I may:

1. Do I get an answer once the receipient chooses Accept or Decline? While testing, flow looks stuck on 'Send an Email (V2)' after 7+min.  Temporary glitch, works great.

2. How can I switch that to Greek although my default language is ENG?

Good that it worked for you. To have the content in Greek, you just need to translate the texts in the connections ("Send an email with options" and "Send an email (v2)").

The only English that will remain is the footer text of "Message sent via Microsoft Power Automate, enabling you to create automated workflows between your favorite apps and services.

You mean the time that is shown in the email body? That you could change into a more suitable format using formatdatetime(). Or you would like to keep it as it, in Greek? That I think is not possible, though.
