Automatically copies your shifts and Time Off instances from Microsoft Teams Shifts into your Office365 Outlook calendar. Default options are set to check the shifts and Time Off instances once a day.
Needs a "Microsoft Teams", "Office 365 Outlook", "Office 365 User" and "Shifts (Microsoft Teams)" connection. Import the flow and set the value of the CalendarName variable to the name of your calendar into which the shifts/Time Off instances are to be copied. Also, set the value of the TeamName variable to the name of your team from which the shifts/Time Off instances are copied.
anyone done a meeting request added to shifts?
Hi, i am getting this error. No idea what's gone wrong. Can you please take a look at it?
Many thanks in advance!!

Thank you for this wonderfull flow. Solves a ton of problemas when crossing calendar.
Question:
Would it be possible to copy shift notes into the calendar by the same process? Been searching for it but haven't found anyone talking about it.
Thank you for this flow is it possible to be more specific when you say "Drop the step where I filtering for your entries only"
Flow works great for me but for the life of me can't get it to work for my team within the shifts team.
Can you please tell me if this will work for multiple "groups" in Shifts? Can you separate by group?
Also does it work for multiple "owners" ? Only done once for one computer?
Is it possible to delete entries from the calendar when shift is deleted or changed? I saw in power automate "Delete Shift (preview version)"
one more question, is it possible if we set free time in shifts to set the calendar as busy or away (so that other people in the organization know that you are absent and do not invite you to meetings)?
Hi, total newb here. This will be my first time using Power Automate. I've successfully imported the flow, but I can't seem to find the step where I assign values for the variables. I'm sure its something incredibly basic I'm missing, but any chance you could point me in the right direction? TIA
When the events populate to the Outlook calendar, they appear on the correct time for the time zone (example 10:30-12:30 central time). However, when opening the event, the times displayed are in Coordinated Universal Time (example 3:30 - 5:30). This is confusing for the users. I have tried updating the Time Zone under Create Event in the flow, but it does not seem to make a difference. What do I need to do to get the event on the Outlook calendar to show the local time?
