Automatically copies your shifts and Time Off instances from Microsoft Teams Shifts into your Office365 Outlook calendar. Default options are set to check the shifts and Time Off instances once a day.

Needs a "Microsoft Teams", "Office 365 Outlook", "Office 365 User" and "Shifts (Microsoft Teams)" connection. Import the flow and set the value of the CalendarName variable to the name of your calendar into which the shifts/Time Off instances are to be copied. Also, set the value of the TeamName variable to the name of your team from which the shifts/Time Off instances are copied.

Hello, searching for exactly somthing like that. At the moment when a shift in shifts is deleted it will stay in the outlook calendar. I want to delete all events when the flow is running that if somithing changed in shifts its replicated exact to outlook.

I'm still having an issue with duplicate events. I changed it so that it would add the event with a name and now it creates a duplicate event every day. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks:)

This is great!! I only miss the deletion of a calendar entry when the shift has changed. With this template it creates a second calendar entry instead of change or delete the older one. How can we solve this?
