About not being able to select a certificate from other apps in Power Automate Desktop installation

After installing the Azure VPN client and importing the profile into an environment where PowerAutomate Desktop (PAD) is already installed, the Server Validation column will be in the following situation, and you will not be able to select certificates or import profiles.
-Server Secret: Blank -Server Root Certificate: Only private CA certificates are displayed * If the device does not have PAD installed, "DigiCert Global Root CA" will be selected. In both environments, the "DigiCert Global Root CA" resides in the certificate store on both the user and computer. Thumbprint information: a8985d3a65e5e5c4b2d7d66d40c6dd2fb19c5436
However, once you uninstall the PAD, import the profile into the Azure VPN client, and then install the PAD, the Azure VPN client can successfully select the certificate. I think it's a PAD bug, do you have any advice?
Similarly, if a user who uses 802.1x authentication and certificate authentication on a wired LAN also installs PAD, an error such as the certificate not being found occurs and it seems that the network connection cannot be established.
