Actions have disappeared from editor

I previously was able to see all the flow actions in the "Actions" pane on the left. When I opened PA Desktop today, only the basic flow control actions are showing. When I try to use the desktop recorder, none of the steps are recognized.

Any ideas on what is causing this? I've searched the web and this forum and can't seem to find any mention of this issue.

@SabyasachiDas not sure if there is any smarter way, but if you go to flow.microsoft.com and click on Dekstop Flow > Create new flow > there is a menu to open app or get the app, so if you click on get the app, the download will start.

I have problems installing the latest version (2.5.80.21056), has anyone experienced the same issue?

This problem is not fixed by the latest version. See the accepted solution - endpoints need to be unblocked. The preview version (2.1.43.20312) from November 2020 will work with blocked endpoints. But only if you have the installer on hand and as a temporary fix.

I see the posted solution to update blocked endpoints, but does this work when power automate is installed on a VM? Do you have any documentation on how to allow these endpoints?

The answer to that question depends on your VM environment. I'm using a VMware box that passes through a data center wide firewall, so the fix in my case is being handled by our IT Security team. Start with checking your VM settings (windows firewall/dns settings) and then work your way to the public internet.

Correct, just reinstall and get latest version

It isn't Microsoft unless it asks you to follow a bunch of archaic steps to accomplish simple tasks.

Can't just expect the software I paid for to work. That would be too easy.

Wouldn't be Microsoft unless it required some archaic ritual and a PhD for software you paid for to work.

Also, on par for Microsoft : making you sign for a half dozen accounts and none of them log in correctly.

I can confirm that version 2.5.80.21056 is working as it should regarding this issue.
