I gave up and started looking for another way using Python.
But then MS did a fairly major update about three days ago. I thought I would download Power Automate again and see if anything changed. It now works! So my solution for you to try is wait a week/month until you see a fairly major Windows Update and try again! Having said that Python is pretty good and that might also be an alternative for you.
