Cannot take a value from a item list (dropdown list) in WEB

Hello to all!
I have a problem with the drop down, I can't select the required value.
When I click with the mouse in the drop-down list field, the list does not appear (Pic.1), it appears only when I enter a spell from the text that is in the list (Pic.2).
When I move the mouse cursor over one of the things in the drop-down list, it automatically appears in the field to be filled in and the value =1 appears in the HTML code (Pic.3)
If I try to use set drop-down list value on web page and insert a text that is supposed to be in the drop-down list, I get the answer that there is no such value in the drop-down list.
Maybe someone has an idea how to solve this?pic1.pngPic2.PNGPic3.PNG
