Connect to Exchange server Error

I'm trying to connect to the Exchange server by using the Connect to Exchange server action. But I get an error (Kindly see Image1 below).

When moving into my M365 admin center and checking the Sign-in activity I get a "Due to a configuration change made by your administrator, or because you moved to a new location, you must use multi-factor authentication to access '{resource}'." (Kindly see Image2 below).

Facts:

The account is not locked - I've tested on: https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/

I'm also logged in here: http://portal.microsoftonline.com/

So I believe the MFA triggers the error when I try to connect from Power Automate Desktop. I'm not allowed to turn it off.

How can I connect to the Exchange server w/o having to disable 2FA?

If someone else looking for a solution:

That doesn't exist. An unsolvable error.

Exchange action will be unusable in PAD. Basic authentication is deprecated. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/deprecation-of-basi...

(Thanks Otx)

Hi,

I am experiencing same issue.

Is there really no solution to this? Or have you managed any other work around?

Unfortunately not; we need to wait until they release an integrated O365 PAD connector. You can connect to Cloud and run it from there, though.
