Creating a flow for multiple list items in one email

Hi All,

Many thanks in advance!!
I have two SharePoint lists:

list 1 (Parent list) has 2 items below:

 ID, Room, 
 1,  A
  2 , B
List 2 ( Children list) has 3 items
  First Name, Last Name, ContactID
  Lea, Smith, 1

  April, Paul, 1

  John, Zikta, 2

  Ger, Mude, 2

I want to create a flow :

if ID=ContactID, then like:

Body:

ID: 1

Room: A

Last Name:  Smith

First Name: Lea

Last Name:  Paul

First Name: April

I don't know how to get all names from list 2 and link to list 1,how to use array or string ? I used "Get Items" for list 2, got error message "Item Not Found".
