Error - Invalid SharePoint List URLs

I'm trying to automate SharePoint list permissions but my PAD flow will not accept the URL. Here is the URL as an example as well as a screenshot of the error.  Any recommendations are appreciated.

@Anonymous Did you try replacing %20 with spaces? Anyway, for managing sharepoints, you should use Cloud Flows actions in Power Automate Platform.
