Excel Desktop will not load with in-house Excel Addin

When I run Excel desktop myself, the addin is visible in the menu tabs, but when I execute with a script, the addin is not available. I have tried "Load add-ins and macros" both on and off.

How does the add-ins settings screen look like when you start Excel through PAD?

Thanks for the reply!

Do you mean the Excel Add-ins button in the Developer tab? The add-in is unchecked, even though when I open a workbook manually it is checked. Is there a security setting in PAD that I am missing?

Even I have faced this issue, whenever I try to run macros through PAD, macro security warning is displayed, but when I run it manually, it worked. Looking for the solution.

Since my first post I've developed workaround code to turn the add-in on, but there should be a simpler way.
