Facing Parameter 'Initial URL': Syntax error. while adding % sign

I have a question regarding Power Automate Desktop. I am trying to declare below link as a variables but it is throwing an error because of % sign. How can I tackle with that.
Here is the link I tried with -

"https://webservices.ignou.ac.in/Pre-Question/Question%20Paper%20June%202021/SOMS/MP/MS-10.pdf"
