Get file/folder last modify date

Hi All,

I want to move files/folders to another folder based on the last modified date "Archiving".

How I can get the last modified date of the file/folder? or at least created date with PAD?

Click on the "Select variable" icon and click on the ">" icon. It will expand the variable properties in which you can choose the variable you want to work with. Example:

tkuehara_0-1624915076630.png

For example, selecting the LastModified property and setting it to a variable:

Sample flow to show a message when finding a folder modified in the last week:

Hi @Untik

You can get the last modified date of file using the property values

Nived_Nambiar_0-1624623408691.png

let's say if the %file% is a variable which represent file, then %file.LastModified% will gives you the last modified date as well

simmilar with folder too

Please mark this as solution if the above information helps you

Hi @Untik

You can use get files in folder action and this will return you a List item, which has all information of each files like "modified date", "last date","fullname" etc.

you can also sort them as per modified date (Des/Asc)

Thanks
