How does the "On block error" action work?

Each On block error action has a name, but it says that it is for visual purposes only.  I'm assuming the actions inside an "On block error" would all run after a certain type of error, but not sure what would trigger the actions in it to run.  Thanks.

You define a block and what should happen if there is an error within that block: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/actions-reference/flowcontrol#block
