How to execute Internet Explorer version 5 by PAD?

I want to access a page created by Internet Explorer version 5.

But it is occered a error and received a message  "PAD supports document mode 9 or  higher".

is there a way of execute Internet Explorer 5 by PAD?

Are you unable to load it using a "new" webbrowser?
