Hi,
I have been ignoring update notifications from PAD for months, because I should copy my flows to text files for backup before update.
When I realized, update notifications dissappeared.
I clicked the "click for update" on console, but it said "the latest version has already installed".
I downlaoaded the latest version from Microsoft blog and installed it in June.
My windows 10 PC was Ver. 2.20.00147.22150.
My colleague was Ver. 2.18.xxx.xxxx.
She has been updating on console, but furher update notifications did not come to her PC also.
I could not copy some of my web automation flows to her PC, because our version is diffrent.
I have two questions.
1. Is there any way to get update notifications automatically, just like the way it used be?
Of cource the check box "Show update notifications" is on.
We have no choice other than downloand the installer and update it mannually?
Is it OK to update manually even if update notifications do not come?
2. What is the diffrence between version 2.xx.xxx.xxxx and version 2.xx.00xxx.xxxx?
Both of PAD are running on C:\Program Files (x86)\Power Automate Desktop.
Solved! Go to Solution.
1. Yes it is OK to update it manually.

Thank you for your help. 😊
I read the the documents which you linked.
Now I understand 2.18 is available worldwide from March and the latest version is 2.21.
But I'm not sure which version is suitable for our country now, because update notification from PAD stopped comming to our Windows 10 PC.
Anyway, I will tell my colleague to update from installer. 😄
I wish we could update on PAD console someday...
@Eis Generally, what we tend to do is uninstall PAD from add/remove program.
Install new version of PAD for whichever team members are working to be in sync.
Also, the script is loaded as soon as we login using our id’s.
However, it totally depends on how you guys operate 👍
Thanks
Ankesh

Thank you for your kind advise.😀
I tried it out.
I uninstalled and installed PAD in my home computer.
I thought if I uninstall PAD, I might lose the script which I made for practice at home.
But the script came back!😲
Now I reallized that is why the script is in OneDrive or Dataverse, not in my computer.
