I can't log in to Power Automate Desktop because of a proxy error that I can't fix

I'm having trouble logging into the Power Automate Desktop application, when I try to open my account I get the following message:

"It is not possible to enter.
The proxy server on the network requires authentication. Contact the administrator.

I tried to perform the procedures described in this topic here:


But without success, please, any help is welcome.

Hello @yasunm02 !

If there is a proxy configuration that requires authentication, unfortunately Power Automate Desktop does not support it. You could confirm whether this is the case by launching a browser and check if a username/password is requested.
