Hi,

We have exactly the same problem. Trying to sign in results in error:

MF8_0-1614787558384.png

Correlation Id: caff5377-f70c-454e-a03f-07fd6b447465

Power automate desktop version: 2.5.80.21056

App is running behind corporate proxy on Windows 10 Enterprise version 1909.

Is there a solution or a direction in which to investigate the problem further?

Thank you!

Also has this issue with a 2.5.80.21056 public desktop version on my home win10 pc.

The provided link does not contain any information on how to address the issue.

Could you please advise how to fix or at least debug the issue?

Thanks!

Same Issue for me.

Do you use network of you company ?

try to use  other network of cellular data can (connect to your phone hotspot)

some network have firewall witch block some properties

That was the issue.  MS provided some code to add to a config file to get around it.

Hi Adam,

Could you please point to the code and config that fix this ?

Thank you.

I tried with my home network.

I don't think there is no particular firewall other than Windows 10 security setting.

I was debating on whether or not I should because I don't know if this will work for everyone.  This is how we got it to work in our specific network setup.  I don't know how universal this is but it's worth a shot.

Add the following text in PAD.Designer.Host.exe.config file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Power Automate Desktop

<system.net>
<defaultProxy enabled="true" useDefaultCredentials="true">
<proxy usesystemdefault="True" />
</defaultProxy>
</system.net>

This didn't work. I'm not configured to use a proxy anyway. I added the content to 2 places in the file (under

<configuration>

and after the last line). I had to copy the file from elsewhere to get it to save right. Trying on my cell phone internet didn't work, since my phone has no service in the office that isn't on wifi. Any more ideas?

My knowledge of this is extremely limited but i do know that MS support thought that the issue was due to my organization not having things on this list whitelisted.  That is really all I know.  IP address configuration - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs
