Hi all,
I've installed the latest Power Automate Desktop and logged in with my org acct but I don't see the Machine Preview in the Settings. Anybody facing the same issue?

hello @sam10
Thank you for writing to us with your inquiry. Can you please let us know what kind of plan you are currently playing with? the direct connectivity to machines is available to users with a Power Automate Per User plan with RPA or a trial of that plan. The Windows tier that is free to everyone lets you do automations locally, all cloud functionality is available with the Per User with RPA plan.
Hope this helps. If it does, feel free to mark this answer as a solution. Otherwise, get back to us so we can assist further.
Happy Automation!

Can you be more specific about the licensing requirements? I have two accounts without the Power Automate Per User plan with RPA. One account is able to access the Machine tab on the desktop app, while the other account is not. How would this license be listed in the O365 portal?
Thanks.
I have the same problem, and I do have the trial for RPA activated, but the Machines (preview) button is also not visible.
Is there any solution for this?
What is your windows OS version ?
If it is windows 10 home, there is a limitation.
Check here : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/setup
I know this is an old post, but it looks like Win 10 Home is supported. The page (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/setup) is a bit confusing:
A device that runs Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro, Windows 10 Enterprise, Windows 11 Home, Windows 11 Pro, Windows 11 Enterprise, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019 or Windows Server 2022. (full stop here) ARM devices are not supported.
EDIT: I saw this further down the same web page
If your device runs Windows 10 Home, you can use Power Automate to create your desktop flows and monitor them on Power Automate. You can't trigger desktop flows to run from the cloud on Windows 10 Home devices. Other types of desktop flows (Windows recorder V1 and Selenium IDE) are not supported.
