PAD Retrieve email message from Outlook

This is my 3rd day using PAD at all lmfao

I've got a flow that sends my coworkers their Forms responses as PDF attached to an email.

The email always looks the same, the attachment however is what I want ultimately.

Using PAD I've created a flow to open Outlook, target the folder in my inbox where these emails are CC'd to me, and then download the attachment for every mail item with an attachment.

This is superb! Wonderful, even.

The rub is such: I need to organize these files specifically by who submitted the response. This is totally doable by what I've seen. I just need to add the email address from the coworker I want to target into the "To contains" field while modifying my Flow. I can't cause it to target a specific email though, even my own. I can only cause my flow to retrieve EVERY mail item in the folder that has the specified subject.

I poked around here to see if anyone else was having a similar issue, and it looks like there's something going on that I'm not fully understanding.

Searching out emails by Subject works just fine.

Guidance is appreciated.

Update!

I've made it work, but unfortunately, I don't know WHY I'm making it work. Someone with a little more technical knowledge could probably explain why it works now but lemme just outline what I've done differently.

In PAD, using the "Retrieve email messages from Outlook" method was not providing me the data I wanted to get out of my Outlook inbox. Instead of pursuing this method, which I could not get to work the way I wanted it to no matter what I did, I decided it'd be best to change direction of attack. Instead, now I am using the "Retrieve email messages" method.

Loading up the "Retrieve email messages" method with my IMAP information and account details I was able to successfully extract the emails I wanted, using the "To field" variable too!

I won't need any further help in this thread. If anyone would like, please explain in greater detail what I was doing wrong and why what I did in the end worked.

Thank you!!!
