I have an Excel table on SharePoint that gets populated by various people at various times.
At the end of the week, I want to run a flow that takes this table of data and passes it to Power Automate Desktop.
What is the best way to achieve this?

One possible solution is that run the weekly flow and get Excel data from SharePoint and save it to Excel online(One Drive). Now, run Power Automate Desktop from cloud and use the One Drive data as per requirements.
Also, you can try to explore SharePoint connector in Power Automate Desktop. But its available in public preview. Refer below link for more details:
