I am currently working on a Graduation PowerPoint for a high school.
Each student will have a slide in the PowerPoint presentation.
All of the data about a student is in a row in an Excel table.
Can I automate the transfer of the data from the row to a new slide for that student?
Can I then duplicate the original slide and transfer the following rows of the Excel table for the entire graduating class?
Yes, you could build that using the standard UI automation actions for clicks/keys on the PowerPoint UI and search/replace of placeholders for text entry. Unfortunately, there are no prebuild actions for PowerPoint.
