I watch Kevin's video which is about how to transmit data from word to excel. Evidently, Kevin used "terminate a process" for turning off a running application (e.g. word). However, it didn't work in my case.
Has anyone encountered a problem like that? And do you know how to turn off a running application on desktop via Automate properly?

I suppose you did not change the value of dropdown menu [Specify process by] from "Process name" to "Process ID".
It worked for me.
