Power automate custom approval options

Power automate has two approval types,

1. wait for one response

2. wait for all responses

I have a scenario with three approval options (approve, reject, resubmit). The task will be assigned to multiple users simultaneously, if one of the approver rejects or resubmits, it should jump out of the approval process and cancel/remove the current active tasks of the workflow.

Currently we don't have any OOTB option to achieve the above scenario. Either it waits for one response or it waits for all responses.

Do we have any other OOTB option / workaround to achieve this scenario.

Hello @hemanthrhk ,

In Power Automate you can create an approval with as many custom response options item as you want. (doc) Those response items can be routed to three different scenarios (approve, reject, resubmit) as shown below.

Further, apply to each and conditionals can be used to check each response for a Resubmit/Reject to cancel/remove the current active tasks of the workflow.

Hope the above helps.

Hello @adijain ,

I have already implemented the same (custom responses - approve, reject, resubmit), My scenario is different, If the task has been assigned to multiple users it waits for all the approvers to take action on it. If any one of the approver selects "Reject" option, the flow should end other pending tasks should be cancelled or removed
