Power automate desktop with Windows Enterprise License



I have read through the Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Virtual Agents
Licensing Guide document, but I still am not 100% certain. 


My employer has Windows for Enterprise. Do I need any additional licenses to use Power Automate for desktop?

I will not be making any web connections. It will only be used for Windows programs on my computer. Are there any limits with running these locally?

If your employer does not provide a Microsoft 365 environment, then you can only use it with a personal Microsoft account. Not a good idea for automating work tasks because all flows and potential business related data is stored within your PERSONAL OneDrive. Might be also a violation of the license terms.
You should get at least a "Per-user plan with attended RPA" license: 

We do have Office 365 E3. 


Everyone has work accounts for OneDrive, Outlook, etc.
