The error "The locale provided is not a valid locale" has occured after singing in.

After signing in to PAD, I got the attached error.
Please let me know how to deal with it.


Additional information:

After pressing the close button on the error window, PAD is available as far as I have tried.
The error will not recur unless I sign out.

You can try out the solution given by kostasc about deleting the msalcache.bin3 file

Thanks. But unfortunately, it didn't work. Users for whom this solution worked were unable to sign in. But since I can sign in, I thought it might be a different problem.
If you have any other information, please let me know.

This is not a sign-in related issue thus why deleting the MSAL cache didn't work. Let me ping the dev team and get back to you. In the meantime, @CMTomi can you provide me with the PAD version that you are using and the correlation ID?

@CMTomi looks like a bug. We'll look into it and deploy a fix as soon as possible.


Edit: Can you sign-out from PAD, sign-in to the portal and then sign-in again to PAD to see if the issue is still persisting?

@kostasc, I would appreciate it if you could let me know when the bug fix is complete.

I also got this problem, a notice when this bug is fixed is well appreciated!

I additionally cleared the entire folder Cache. It made the case.

%localappdata%\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\Cache
In the meantime I updated the application, but I don't know if it was relevant.

How can I solve it @kostasc ? I tried deleting the whole cache folder in AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\Cache but the issue persists.
