Transfer desktop flows from one individual user account to another using unattended license

Hi Team,

      if we purchase  unattended license, Whether will able to copy a desktop flow from one of individual account(free) to another individual account (free) through the cloud license. Kindly help on this and about the licenses .

You can already copy desktop flows for free without any license.  I can't imagine you would lose that functionality because you get a license.

Thank you so much for your help. if I need to schedule a power automate desktop flow  , whether  i need a working license or any helpdesk number available to check the licensing process.
