Hi
I am creating a simple instant flow which has web based UI Flow to open a website and capture inputs from it and send same to email. However while running the flow i am getting error on UI Flows
Could not connect to the Power Automate UI flows Agent. Please make sure that the UI flows connection credentials are valid.
I have connected to UI Flow with same credentials which i am using to login to power automate portal and have created an on premise gateway, also with same credentials. please let me know if I am missing something.
Thanks

Hey @Bhavna2383
Can you check and confirm if the system that you are using is joined with a domain? If so, you should provide the username@domain.com (whatever extension) and provide that password to it. Ensure to keep the On Prem Data Gateway app up and running.
If it is not domain joined, open cmd, type echo %userdomain% and then echo %username% and get these credentials from here. use the domain/username from the above results and then use the password of your computer to create the connection.
Hope this Helps!

Could you please share a screenshot of the flow when it run failed?
Also please check the the UI flows connection credentials and make sure they are valid.

Did you fix your issue? I have the same issue as well 😞
Followed your steps and it's working. Thanks for your help.
I have been getting the same error however i have tried everything you have stated here and it has not worked. I know i am using the correct credentials. I also have spoken with Microsoft support and after multiple remote sessions i have still not gotten this resolved. this is what they sent to me yesterday:
"I have checked with the back-end team and they have mentioned that the UI flows are not eligible for customer support during the preview.
Therefore, please post this on the community forums MS Flow Ideas and keep voting for it, so that the PG team will be aware of it."
Any other ideas on how to resolve this issue?
Hi @chrisingh42188 ,
I blogged about the solution that I had encountered. Link here.
Hope this help.
Thanks,
Anj 😊
I have tried the following and still, nothing is working:
Username: aaron@mydomain.com
Username: AzureAD\aaron@mydomain.com
Username: username from echo
Username: AzureAD\username from echo
My computer is Azure Joined, in the default environment and i am the global admin... what am i missing
Thank you for the blog, however, it still doesn't work for azure joined....
Do you need to change the Gateway service account?
Hi @aberson1 ,
The blog that I created is not for domain joined. For the domain joined account, follow the instruction of @yashag2255 : “Can you check and confirm if the system that you are using is joined with a domain? If so, you should provide the username@domain.com (whatever extension) and provide that password to it. Ensure to keep the On Prem Data Gateway app up and running. ”
I haven’t tried the UI flow in a domain joined machine.

Thanks yeah i have tried that and still no luck. reset the password too nothing seems to work
Hi @aberson1 ,
I did try it in a domain-joined laptop and it is working fine with me. I just followed the steps in my blog as well. If you need help, you can send me a private message if you still have an issue.

Hi All,
Any updated with that?
I using the Dev account and tried all the option, just as did and no luck.
Also, How do I delete a connection? aberson1 I got too many from all my attempts 🙂
@baniharora If you go to the left menu Data - > Connections you should be able to delete them there
Hi @baniharora,
I just found a new solution. If your personal email use for login in your laptop, use this account to create the connection. To verify go to your Settings, then select Account. Use the password of your outlook account. Then create the connection.
Account Settings
Let me know if this works 👌

I am having the same issue as well and i have tried literally everything. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
This is a known issue they are working on based on support. To get it working in the mean time you can do this:
You can go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft UI flows\ edit the file Microsoft.Flow.RPA.Agent.exe.config
With below entries:
<add key="Microsoft.Flow.RPA.Agent.EnforceWindowsAuth" value="false" />
<add key="Microsoft.Flow.RPA.Agent.EnforceTokenAuth" value="false" />
<add key="Microsoft.Flow.RPA.Agent.EnforceHashClaimValidation" value="false" />
Only administrator can modify the files in that folder, so you need to run your text editor in Admin Mode to be able to edit them.
They should be existing entries in the file but with true value, you can just change the values to false.
If there’re any entries not existed. You can add the entries.
Hello, I had this problem, I also used the password of my computer and try a lot of things but still got the issue that is unable to connect, The credentials for the machine are incorrect. Can you have any solution to solve this problem. FYI, I used power automate and using desktop flow and got this problem.
Thanks
